Your rental will include all furniture pieces and all technical pieces that are present in the room you have rented.
Please ensure that you include all setup and clean-up time within the amount of time booked. Guests hosting events won’t have the ability to come any earlier than 10 minutes before their reservation starts and must be out strictly by the ending time. Cleaning and or damage fees may be applicable at the studio manager's discretion.
Pets are allowed! There is a $70 fee per pet. We ask that you bring appropriate cleaning supplies for any messes or hair left by the pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be cleaned up after if they go in the yard.
Yes, we do.
Yes, we encourage props & any equipment you think you will need! Please bring anything to prevent scratches on floors or cleaning items. We do not allow tape or holes on any of the walls to preserve the integrity of the building.
Yes, there is one private restroom.
Yes! Tours are free! We, unfortunately, do not have a representative on-site at all times, so please email us directly to schedule a tour. Monday’s through Wednesday’s are usually the best times for a tour.
Our studio has free private parking with security cameras, which can fit up to 5 cars. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any damages.
You’re more than welcome to bring in any food or drinks into the space. We ask that you follow TABC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space and please keep all food and drinks inside the suite.
Yes. Keep in mind, our studio is not soundproof, so some sound interruptions may occur.
